What Kitchen equipment is included in the Commercial Kitchen hire?

La Botanique houses a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen fully-equipped with the Waldorf appliance range.

The fit-out includes two target tops, two flat tops, two 4-burner stoves, one brat pan, two fryers, four traditional ovens and a 20 tray combi oven.

Can I store food overnight?

The large walk-in cool room is suitable for storing food during shoots and overnight but will depend on availability. Talk to us about your food storage requirements when making a booking.
